Who is Carol?
Carol is the creator, recipe developer, and voice behind Carol’s Vegan Kitchen, based in Port Angeles on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. With a passion for plant-based living, she shares approachable, flavor-packed vegan recipes designed to bring people together.
After years of cooking for her family and running a small business, Carol launched her blog in 2020 to inspire others with wholesome, seasonal cooking and beautiful, easy-to-follow recipes. Her philosophy is simple: food is powerful, and choosing fresh, plant-based ingredients can be both joyful and deeply nourishing.
