Throughout the evening, you'll taste five thoughtfully selected Pacific Northwest wines, each paired with an artisan cheese chosen to bring out something special in the glass. We'll guide you through each pairing, exploring the wines, the cheeses, and why certain flavors and textures work so beautifully together.
This isn't about knowing all the "right" things to say about wine. It's a relaxed, approachable tasting designed to help you discover what you like, learn a little along the way, and enjoy some seriously delicious combinations.
